Returns
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. Please take pictures of the damage so that we can assess how to proceed, and you will have the options of a refund or a re-send of the order. Please note that if we do not receive pictures of the damage we will not be able to assist you unfortunately.
Lost orders
If the parcel has been lost you will have the option for a full refund, or we will re-send your order, whichever you prefer.
Changed your mind?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if you have changed your mind or no longer require the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase. We will not accept returns for used items.
To initiate a return, please sign in to your account and follow the instructions to request a return, or you can contact us at hello@earthtan.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
(if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, so please allow 10 business days for the refund to show up on your account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We do not offer a money-back guarantee. Refunds will not be given should you find that you are dissatisfied with our products, so please note that you are purchasing at your own risk. Although our products work well for most people, they may not work for others and we do not guarantee that they will work for you.
Changes/Exchanges
Please email hello@earthtan.co.uk as soon as possible if you'd like to change your order. If it hasn't been shipped yet then we may be able to make changes.
With regards to exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
